WE ARE MAMMAS EXISTS TO SUPPORT IMPERFECT MOTHERS ON THEIR JOURNEY THROUGH MOTHERHOOD: PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM, BREASTFEEDING AND SEXUAL HEALTH.
We've heard the story a hundred times. An overwhelming postpartum experience that includes tears, sweat, interrupted sleep, and a baby who just wants to eat and eat and eat. Wetting the bed when you sneeze. Chest pain that no one has told us about. The real postpartum period is full of challenges that no one talks about.
But you know what? There are no perfect mothers. There never have been. Every motherhood experience is unique, every decision is valid, and we believe perfection has no place on this journey. Because being a mother isn't about doing everything "right," it's about doing it your way.
And although the months go by and things improve, most of us would have liked to have had tools to make that initial journey easier. That's why we created We Are Mammas: to be with you on this journey, without judgment, without demands, just with real support.
